Development of skills to deal with the behavior of children with special educational needs (SEN) "Tough Kids" -deveta part

13: 15- 13: 45- Lunch

13:45. - Exercise №7 - 'Scale of mood and desire to work "(Nelly Pentcheva)
    All participants drew to a leading sit in a circle. Each participant must describe their mood at the time and desire to work on a scale of 1 to 10, regardless of the reasons for this condition. Lead paint two rocks on the board.
  Responses are discussed between participants and presenters.

Materials - board markers.
Duration - 10 min.

13:55 pm. - Exercise №8 - "Meeting with the problem" (Galena Grozdanova)
   Participants were randomly assigned in pairs. One participant plays the role of a child with SEN and the other of a teacher / parent choice. Couples participants work individually as "compose" a problematic situation and try through their roles to solve it. They then switch roles. One member of each pair share their experiences to others.

Issues for comment:
1. What was your most difficult in the whole exercise?
2. What was your role more difficult to play?
3. What new ideas you came for communication for children with SEN?
4. Was it necessary to go into his world? Why not?

Materials - no
Duration - 30 min.


14.25. am - 14:35 pm. - A small break

14:35 pm. - Exercise № 9 - "board expectations" (Nelly Pentcheva)
    Vodeshiyat conversions sheet expectations of the participants and read them again.
  Issues for comment:
1. Are you justified your expectations?
2. For what reason some expectations were not justified according to you?

  Responses are discussed by all.

Explanation: Facilitator explains that expectations lead to disappointment as cause dissatisfaction when not justified. Learning is an ongoing process that continues throughout adult life human insight can occur later and is a period of thinking on a subconscious level.

Materials: list of expectations.
Duration - 10 min.


14:45 pm. - Exercise №10 - "Basket Ideas" (Galena Grozdanova)
    Leading supply basket with small pieces of empty inside. Each participant takes a piece of the basket which records the idea / ideas from the training that will take home / work with him. Read to each other what is written. Then the sheets remain for participants.


Materials - basket, notes, pens.
Duration - 15 min.
